Open Government Data Konferenz 2011

The theme of Open (Government) Data can be found all around us. Iniatives in the USA, Australia and Great Britain have now reached many parts of Europe, and even in Austria the idea of open government data has taken root. This has resulted in the 'OGD Serie 2010-2011', with the purpose of creating awareness on open government data for the widest possible audience as well as initiating projects in Austria. During the OGD Konferenz the topics from the individual workshops will be discussed towards the purpose of a White Paper and a handbook.

Many different topics will be discussed, including that of data journalism.

This event will take place on June 16, at the Palais Strudlhof in Vienna.
